Description
The LR7-54HVH is LONGi's high-end residential module: 108 HPBC 2.0 back-contact cells packed into a compact 1.8 m frame, rated from 475W to 490W with a fully black, gridless face. It is the panel we recommend when roof space is limited or when the roof is visible from the street. Built on back-contact technology On a conventional panel, the metal contacts that collect the current run across the front of the cell. They work, but they sit between the sun and the silicon — a small amount of cell area is permanently shaded by the panel's own wiring. LONGi's HPBC 2.0 (Hybrid Passivated Back Contact) architecture moves that metalwork to the rear. The front is left clear black, and more of the cell area is available to generate power. The same idea shows up on the roof as a uniform, all-black array with no visible gridlines and no silver busbars. Key features • Up to 24.0% module efficiency — more watts per square metre than a standard TOPCon panel of the same size • HPBC 2.0 back-contact cells on LONGi TaiRay wafers, for lower electrical loss and better low-light output • Anti-shading design — soft-breakdown cell architecture limits the effect of shade and reduces localised overheating on partly shaded roofs • Temperature coefficient of -0.260%/°C (Pmax) — the module holds its output better through Australian summer heat • All-black anodised aluminium frame and 3.2 mm coated tempered glass • Built for the weather: 5,400 Pa front load, 2,400 Pa rear load, 25 mm hailstone at 23 m/s, IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes • 25-year product warranty and 30-year linear performance warranty (88.85% of rated output at year 30) • CEC approved and eligible for STC rebates Ideal for • Homes with limited roof space that need maximum output per panel • Street-facing and visible roofs where appearance matters • Roofs with partial shading from trees, chimneys or TV antennas • New residential systems on tile or metal roofs — the 1.8 m x 1.13 m frame is easy to handle and install Warranty at a glance 25 years on materials and workmanship. 30 years of linear output, with first-year degradation of no more than 1% and 0.35% per year after that — reaching 88.85% of rated power at year 30.
