Contact Us

Getting a solar quote should not require a sales call you did not ask for.
Send us the details below and we will come back with a proper quote, built
around your roof and your usage, with the federal discount itemised.

What we need from you to quote properly

  • Your address — we check the roof orientation, pitch,
shading and the switchboard before quoting, not after.
  • A recent electricity bill — ideally with your tariff
type and daily usage. A bill tells us far more than a phone conversation
about how much you think you use.
  • Any photos you have of the roof and switchboard —
optional, but they save a site visit if the answer is obvious.

That is genuinely all. We will come back with a written quote including the
system size we recommend, the equipment, and what it costs after the federal
discount.

How quickly we respond

Within one business day for the quote itself. If a site visit is needed
— and for most Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ipswich homes it is — we
will book a time that suits you, including early evening and weekend
appointments.

When you should expect a site visit

Always, where the roof is not straightforward. A site visit covers roof
condition and age, orientation and pitch, every source of shade including
neighbouring trees and power lines, switchboard capacity, meter position and
the safest location for a battery. For a straightforward north-facing roof
with a modern switchboard we can often quote from the bill and photographs
alone.

How to reach us directly

Phone: 1300 712 020 — the fastest route. If you call
during business hours you will speak to someone who can actually answer
technical questions about your system, not a call centre.

Email: solartimeenergystc@gmail.com

Address: Unit 2/50 Richland Ave, Coopers Plains QLD 4108
— by appointment. We are not a shopfront, so please call first.

Hours: Wednesday, 9am to 5pm. Site visits can be arranged
outside these hours.

What to ask us when you call

Good questions get good quotes. Ask us:

  • What size array does my roof actually support, and why?
  • How much of my usage does this cover, based on my bill?
  • Is a battery worth it for my tariff, and if so what size?
  • How much is the federal discount on this quote, as a separate line?
  • What is your CEC accreditation number?
  • What does your workmanship warranty cover, and for how long?

If we cannot answer these clearly, keep looking. A solar system is a
twenty-year commitment and the conversation should be straightforward.

What happens next

  1. We review your bill and address, and check the roof and switchboard on
    satellite and street view.
  2. We send a written quote with the system, the price and the federal
    discount itemised.
  3. If you want to proceed, we book a site visit and confirm the design.
  4. Installation, typically a single day for the array and the inverter, with
certification and handover at the end.
